本协议受新加坡法律管辖，任何因本协议而产生的争议应提交新加坡法院解决。

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved by the courts of Singapore.
8.1 Arbitration Clause
- If a dispute arises, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute should be submitted for arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
